Philosophy - The Jubilee Way
We are grounded in our love for God and for humanity, a belief in justice and dignity for all and the power of human potential as children of God. We also hold firm to the belief that an individual’s life is a symbiotic relationship between faith, and all other areas of life.
Culture
We embrace a process of prayer and discernment. As such, we rely on God’s wisdom to guide the shaping of the organization. We also embrace a collaborative approach to leadership in order to accomplish our goals and welcome strategic alliances with other religious and nonreligious organizations committed to similar ideals. We empower and challenge all members of the organization to contribute to discussions which shape the organization. Finally, we expect all members to live out the core values and to embrace and grow in living out the spirituality of the organization.
